New Balance always a good choice - I have a narrow foot, and
NB has AA which fits snugly. I use a runner's lace so it holds
my foot tightly in the shoe. I walk/run on a treadmill 4 miles
or so every other day, and this shoe is comfortable enough
that my feet, ankles and knees are fine at the end of the
workout. Good overall shoe for working out.
Comfortable shoe - I have an unusual shoe size - 5.5W. This
means my choices are very limited. I have had the best luck
with New Balance. These shoes are simple looking (I have the
white). They fit snug but not tight, even with my wide feet.
They have nice padding and ankle support. The first time I
tried them on I was not sure I liked them, they seemed stiff,
but after wearing them around the house for a while I really
liked them. They felt good after a short (1/2 day) break in
period and are very comfy now. I would recommend this shoe,
especially for small or wide feet!
